Responsibilities
At Bilemon, we help vacation rental agencies understand their business with greater financial and operational clarity. We are looking for a Profit & Revenue Manager who can analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement and help property managers make better decisions about profitability, pricing, costs and performance.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, knowledge of revenue management and a clear understanding of how vacation rental operations affect financial results. The candidate should be able to connect revenue, occupancy, expenses, margins and operational processes to provide practical recommendations that improve business performance.
- Analyze revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace and channel performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Evaluate the profitability of each property, including revenues, costs, margins, owner settlements and operational expenses.
- Prepare financial and operational reports that help vacation rental agencies understand performance and make better decisions.
- Detect underperforming properties, cost deviations and operational inefficiencies, proposing clear corrective actions.
- Work with property managers, finance teams and operations teams to improve pricing strategies, cost control and profitability.
- Support the development of dashboards, KPIs and data-driven processes within the Bilemon platform.
Skills/Experience
The candidate should have solid knowledge of revenue management, pricing strategies, occupancy analysis, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, seasonality, demand forecasting and channel performance.
Strong financial skills are required, including the ability to analyze revenues, costs, margins, profitability per property, owner settlements, cash flow, operational expenses and business KPIs.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills are essential, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, scenario analysis and reporting dashboards.
Experience with PMS, channel managers, booking platforms and short-term rental tools will be highly valued, especially systems such as Avantio, Guesty, Smoobu, Hostaway, Lodgify, Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo or similar platforms.
Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau will be considered a plus, as well as basic knowledge of SQL or database analysis.
The candidate should be comfortable working with data from multiple sources, identifying inconsistencies, organizing information and transforming it into clear recommendations for management teams.

Knowledge of the vacation rental sector, property management operations and owner relations will be especially valued.
