Register for this event
- Registration for Bilemon training sessions is subject to availability. Completing the registration form does not automatically guarantee a confirmed spot.
- Users must provide accurate contact and company information so that Bilemon can review the request, contact the applicant and offer an available place in the selected training session.
- Each training session will have a limited number of participants. The maximum number of participants per session will not exceed 20 people, in order to ensure a practical, focused and high-quality learning experience.
- If a user requests registration for a session where no places are available, Bilemon will notify the user during or after the registration process and may offer an alternative date, waiting list option or future training session.
- A participant’s place will only be considered confirmed once payment has been completed by the company or person registering the participant. Until payment is received, Bilemon reserves the right to assign the available place to another interested participant.
- Bilemon may contact the user after registration to confirm details, provide additional information about the training, issue payment instructions and validate the participant’s eligibility for the session.
- The registration fee, when applicable, must be paid in full before the training date. Failure to complete payment within the indicated period may result in the cancellation of the registration request.
- Once the place has been confirmed, the participant will receive confirmation by email, together with the relevant information about the training session, including date, time, location or access details, agenda and any required preparation materials.
- If the participant or company needs to cancel attendance, they must notify Bilemon in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation, refund or rescheduling conditions may vary depending on the type of training, location and notice period.
- Bilemon reserves the right to reschedule, modify or cancel a training session due to operational reasons, insufficient attendance, force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, Bilemon may offer participants an alternative date or another suitable solution.
- Participants are expected to attend the training in a respectful and professional manner. Bilemon reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any attendee whose behaviour disrupts the session or affects the experience of other participants.
